Don’t Be That Guy – Advice
Don’t be that Guy-Advice
Don’t be that guy – you know, the stubborn one? Are you that guy? Answer these questions to find out:
-You say you have a million dollars ready to go but refuse to provide proof of funds
-Your financial planner says that you can afford a $750,000 property, but you insist on seeing ones priced over $2M
-You have your real estate representative draw up a letter of intent, and when executed, you inform them that you can’t live by the terms that you, yourself, agreed to
If you answered yes to these questions, you are indeed that guy. Please remember that when you spend your financial and real estate professional’s time irresponsibly, they earn less than nothing on the transaction.
Our time is worth something, and if you behave this way, people will not want to work with you.
Stop it…just stop it…so you don’t become that guy. I am Howard Freedland, and this has been your echo commercial tip of the week
